The repaira were aurpurb, with the exception of more scrtches left on my Nissan Titan than we were on there in The first place. Now i have to jave a paint job to go along with the repair job. I have used Chicos alot of times and will co tinue to do so all my repairs but in the future if it gets all scatches up please pait what you mess up

It took far too long to get my car back. I had asked the person who picked my car up to take care of a couple of little things in addition to the job at hand, which I was going to pay out-of-pocket for. When I picked up the car those were not addressed. The excuses I got was, “no one told me“. Not sure what I could have done differently but very disappointing. When we pick the car up my daughter could not get the car out of the parking lot because it was chaos. A total clown show. I will never recommend or use you again.

It took far too long for my car to be repaired. When the car was picked up by one of your employees I pointed out a couple of other dings that I wanted you guys to take care of while the car was in. Knowing that I would pay for this out of pocket. When I pick the car up these issues were not addressed. Very disappointing as the car was with your people for over two months. The car was also filthy with a greasy film on it when you turned it over to us. When we pick the car up the parking lot was chaotic and my daughter could not get her car out of the parking lot because it was a clown show. We will not use you again nor will we recommend you.
