The initial estimate and estimated time for repair were way out of line with actual repair. The cost increased by about 50% and the time to repair was double the time and still not completed. Chico’s had our car for four weeks and still did not complete the repairs. Also the repaired headlight was never aligned and points directly at the ground.

I'm just being honest. The ONLY REASON I took my car to this place was because my husband and I both had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH JOE HUDSON COLLISION. I picked my car up from them and went straight to the gas station on to have ALL the gas go STRAIGHT to the ground!!! SO THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. 2nd reason, I had a friend, who, bc she TOO had a bad experience with Joe Hudson, was recommended to Chicos. They were able to show her that they could tell that she had a previous accident bc it's the botched work that was done. SO I IMMEDIATELY got excited to take my car to Chico's. ONLY to find out that they weren't any better than Joe Hudson as far as body work and mechanically. At the rate and way these body shops are working, ppl can order these parts for these cars and install them themselves.

I rate a 4 because when I initially went to pick up my car, it was as though the mechanics were impaired when reassembling my SUV. Parts of the front end were not properly secured back into place by screws. Under the hood has about 50 washers stacked on top of each other. So I still don't know or believe that that part is back on correctly. Instead of ordering and replacing the plastic guard piece behind the grill (that was already charged on the receipt that was given to me) they welded it back together and didn't inform me. I found it during my personal inspection (and I'm a female). I rate a 4 bc they corrected it

Customer service with Chicos was the best that I have ever seen polite informative kept me updated with repairs to my vehicle and at the end of the day my car was perfect. When I picked it up. Will recommend Chicos and always use them in the future.

Chicos gave me the best experience when the worst thing happened to me rear ended. The employees were excellent great service. I would recommend Chicos to anyone and I will certainly return to Chicos if I ever need their service again they were spot on in my car looks great thank you guys for a great job.
