Had three parts painted (hood, fender, bumper). After getting my truck home I noticed cracking and other blemishes on the bumper as well as a dent in the hood. Took it back to Chico’s and they said the parts were flawed and nothing they could do about it. Not true, they could have told me when I picked it up, did the painter not notice?? They could have asked me if I wanted the blemishes fixed or told me they couldn’t be fixed. Lifetime warranty backed by a myriad of excuses no to stand behind it and complete unwillingness to recognize the opportunity to make it right. Took my $1,100 and ran. Equally disappointing was Chico’s attitude when I brought the vehicle back. Quality work? Not so much. One would think they would accept or at least acknowledge they didn’t get it right. Arrogance.
