Our customer service was amazing. Tin took care of everything for us, making the process seamless, which is important given how busy we are. The car looks amazing and we're so pleased. We also very much appreciated receiving the "insurance" rates for labor to fix up other dings and dents, all without feeling being sold to. A great service overall and I would highly recommend.

I addressed this in my prior comment. Tin is the perfect face of your team at Chilton Burlingame. In fact, I asked him at one point about something he had not previously experienced. Instead of putting it off, as we find with most people in all kinds of roles, his voice lit up and he seemed genuinely excited to learn something new about his business processes. What a gem!
