Everything looked great, but for future reference, when you say you will be finished by a certain please hold up your end of the bargain. I know things happen, but I only had a scratch that removed paint from my rear bumper. I thought it would take a couple of days, not a whole week. My experience with Chilton was great.I was updated if there were any delays and they helped me with returning my rental car. David at the front desk was especially helpful and gave me enough information without overwhelming with too much details. I also happened to share with him that my dog had recently died which I was still quite upset about and he was very kind. I know thats not a part of "car body repair" but I really appreciated his kindness, which is so rare nowadays. A special thank you to David
