The repair looks very good, but it just took forever. 17 days rather than the week or 10 expected, but then that may have been a GEICO problem since they allowed used parts which didn't work and required extensive waiting for new and additional parts.

I was pleased to have my car fixed and ready within a couple days. The part that I was displeased with was that part of the bumper that wasn't supposed to be painted, was painted. There wasn't any damage done to that part of the bumper and yet it was painted over. The part that I am extremely frustrated with is the customer service that came with my complaint. I called to TRY to have this settled and a worker assured me that he will call me back. It has been two business days since I called and complained and have not received anything information regarding the matter.

the repair of the rear bumper was fast. I'm giving a 5 because part of the bumper was painted when it isn't supposed to. I'm supposedly getting it fixed soon but it probably won't be the same. they will probably find a way to mess it up

I called to express my disappointment to "Bobby" and was told that he will call me back. i didnt receive anything from chilton or Bobby. two days later, I decide to call and an employee tells me I will get a call back later that day or the day after. I didn't receive anything once again. I received a call a couple days ago only to be put on hold without receiving an introduction. I was on hold for a few minutes only to be hung up on.
