They did not fix the issues. The car looks the same. The bumper is not flushed and they are asking us to bring a photo of the model ,s os that they can verify if the bumper hsould be flushed?! Strange for a body shop for not knowing how the bumper should be fixed. Trying to cut corners, and harass the customers. They should not be paid for the work.

you said you would put a $25 hold on credit card because I said you didn't need $50 to verify that I have an account, but you made TWO holds of $25 each, tying up $50 on my Visa card unnecessarily
