I believe the employee who helped me was Drake. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me get a good understanding of cost analysis. I know my cars older and I don’t have a lot of knowledge on it but he guided me through the whole process smoothly. I would definitely recommend to friends and advise them to go in when he’s there!

There were 2 issues with my service, I asked to keep the deflating tire (the one that wasn't blown off) and the shop wasn't able to give that back to me, and also my Car key was broken when it was returned to me. I'm giving 9 to this survey as the shop promised to fix my key when I bring it to them.

In all my years of dealing with auto and repair shops, this is the first time that I have had the pleasure of doing business with an exceptional business such as yours. The receptionist was so professional and on point. I then met the inspector who made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle at your shop, and too, addressed my concerns. The manager of the shop kept me updated and delivered my vehicle as promised. BTW, I appreciated the courtesy carwash too. I've also shared my experience with my hospital coworkers.
