Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with Fix auto Hawthorne, they called me saying that me car was ready. When I got there to see my car, it was completely dirty inside and outside from the sand and products that they use to fix, missing paint in some border of the rear fender and bumper close to the rim, 2 differents color between the rear fender and the door panel and also the mark of the division that they did to paint, pealing in the border of the rear fender, they also damage two others parts that wasn’t part of the service, they painted but it weren’t part on the service, also a bug under the clear coat. So I ended up leaving my car for 1 more week so they can do the job again. After a week when I came to get my car more problems so another hour. Now I still not happy with the service but I tired of the back and forth.

My car that got repaired by AutoFix looks amazing! There is no way you can tell that it has been damaged before. The service was excellent I loved that I received updates about my car through SMS. I have not had any bad experiences, 10/10 recommend!

They did good work but took over a month to complete the job which exceeded our rental coverage time. The promise date changed 4-5 times. The damage to the vehicle was not substantial to warrant the time spent so for that reason we were dissatisfied

Great customer service. I would recommend coordinating pick up with customer so car will be clean. My car was washed upon completion but I picked it up the following day and unfortunately a lot of bird droppings on it. But the service and work completed on my car was/appears to be very good.
