While the car looked really good on the outside the inside was not detailed as promised all my windows were filthy and had a film on them I also vacuumed my car and wiped everything down before I brought it in however it was very dusty inside and did not look like the seats or anything was touched

It’s hard to find a repair shop that works with aluminum, last time someone hit me, I needed to take it Cambridge (I live in New Bedford). I think if this happens again I’ll likely make the trip.

I have had all kinds of sensor issues in the front since the repair- ultrasonic and camera, I did really appreciate the detailing, but the job wasn’t done.

Overall I’m happy with how the car looks. Also the communication with how long the car would take pretty accurate warning me about possible delays. It’s unfortunate for how long it took to get the car back, but I’m not sure what happened on choice collisions end. I’m ranking it a 7 because the car door that got replaced doesn’t smoothly shut. There is rub. It’s something I wished was communicated if there wasn’t a way to make the car excellent. I believe it is something that could have been done with excellence. The detail of the inside and outside was excellent though.

Good communication. Only things I would say that could benefit is to walk the customer through what was done and repaired on the car more thoroughly. Checking the doors, lights, anything that could have been affected.
