I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your facility. I was called to pick up my car, and upon inspection, I found several issues with the paint job. While the paint appeared to be dry, there were noticeable drips in some spots, and it seemed like the surface was not properly buffed, as I could see the sand marks. I asked if the paint job could be redone, and I was told to return when it was ready. When I came to pick up the car again, I checked the trunk and noticed that it wasn’t latching properly. To get it closed, I had to either hit it a couple of times or slam it hard twice. Additionally, the paint color does not match the original, which is concerning. When I brought my car in, I specifically requested that the trunk not be replaced, as there was a dent in the corner that I believed could be fixed without replacing the entire trunk. However, I was not informed that the entire trunk would be replaced. I trusted your facility with my car, and I am very disappointed with the outcome. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I took my car in to have over spray paint removed off of my vehicle. After paying a $500 deductible and still having black paint on my car I’m not very satisfied at all.
