Text updates are nice and convenient by staff. However, it’s also nice to have a quick conversation with the person handling the repairs. In the past, it was never an issue. The repair did take longer than I was initially told. I would have planned a different drop off date, to cut back on the cost of a rental. Monday instead of a Thursday? But I was told parts were preordered and it wasn’t necessary to see my car beforehand. Overall, you guys always do a great job and I’m satisfied with the work and additional touch up you did for me. Thanks again.
