I have been waiting 6 months to be reimbursed for car rental fees I paid out of pocket for an accident where I was not at fault. every time I follow up, I get the same response which is "We know this takes time. We reached out to the other insurance company." It's complete bullshit. This is unfair and deceptive business practice, which violates MGL Ch. 93A and entitles me to treble damages if I win in court.
