Both of the bolts holding the bottom of the shocks weren’t tightened at all. The nut had been started on the treads by hand and could be easily removed by hand without the use of tools. Steering wheel is not level when wheels and tires are in the straight forward position. I would feel better if the vehicle could be looked over by a certified mechanic to determine whether all other parts are properly installed.
