This was by far the best experience I have had with a body shop. I came in for an initial estimate and it was not an issue, and the woman was super nice. Once I filed a claim, I needed to go in for the official estimate, and I was able to meet with another woman who was happy to help in any way that she could. When Enterprise was late to pick me up, she called and got them there quickly. I was also kept up to speed with the progress through text which was helpful.

One thing I noticed when I drove by one evening in the middle of the repair process….. they didn’t leave any vehicles out over night. They were either inside the building or inside the locked and visually-blocked yard.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Crash Champions! I got a dent in my car door, and another body shop quoted me over $1,200 to fix it. I stopped by Crash Champions and talked with Court, and they took care of it in less than an hour for only $137! The customer service was incredible, they were honest, professional, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s hard to find businesses like that these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy body shop that does great work at a fair price, I highly recommend Crash Champions. Thank you, Court and the team, for such an awesome experience!

Very positive experience. There’s another vehicle repair shop around the corner that I had previously gone to and I was going to go back to them, but when I walked into get the appointment, there was nobody at the front desk and I waited 10 minutes. They never came and my husband had used Crash Champions and recommended I go there instead and I’m so thankful I did. It was a fantastic experience.

Excellent quality customer service especially appreciate Hannah and she did a phenomenal job of coordinating everything for my repair. The service was really fast and I had to return not because of any error on their part but another part of the car needed additional work and they fit me right in and anticipated my needs and had already ordered the part and fixed it within 10 minutes when I returned. I couldn’t be happier!

The CC in Bryant not only replaced and fixed my taillight and bumper, they also replaced the torn trim around a rear wheel, washed my car, cleaned the interior and vacuumed. I was not expecting that, and it made my day, . Also, I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up this afternoon (a Wednesday). I am so pleased and will definitely recommend CC to others.
