Doug did a great job of communicating with me. It was my first time having to take my car to a collision repair shop and everyone was helpful and nice. My car looks great. The process did not take long, which is also a plus!

Communication was nonexistent. I only received one update. That was after I expressed my frustration over lack of communication and gave clear expectations. Overall, I had no idea when my car would be ready. Received a call out of the blue and expected to pick up that day.
