Well the communication was not good, 12-1 get a text saying nearing completion and did not pickup until 12-12-25 and this was after a dozen phone calls not returned. I had to show up at the office to see what the status was. Then we get text on 12-18-25 that we picked up truck today? Seems like your software system is struggling
