I’d never been through a body shop or insurance claim before. Carolyn guided me through the process with great communication. The work was done very well — all the hail damage was repaired and new hood looks exactly like the original. When the insurance claim needed an addendum, they worked with my insurance company directly. Every one was super nice and helpful!

I think the replacement is fine but there is an obstruction sensor that keeps going off every time I open the roof. I have asked to be called in order to get this fixed and haven’t yet heard back. The repair of the pillar looks great - can’t even tell it was repaired.

Kenny was absolutely fantastic in helping repair the damage for the car. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and the car was completed in just a couple of days. When I picked up the car it was like a brand new car fully detailed-wow! Thank you Kenny!
