You guys did not fix all of the damage from the accident you had my car for 30 DAYS. I am extremely unhappy this is garbage I can’t believe I had to pay for this AND a rental car for 30 days that’s ridiculous at that point you people should have given me a loaner or something I bought the truck from you people originally. There’s still damage on my rim from the hit. Nobody did an alignment this truck was on 2 wheels for a moment I was hit by an ARMORED MILITARY VEHICLE. You guys did THE BARE MINIMUM

I’d never been through a body shop or insurance claim before. Carolyn guided me through the process with great communication. The work was done very well — all the hail damage was repaired and new hood looks exactly like the original. When the insurance claim needed an addendum, they worked with my insurance company directly. Every one was super nice and helpful!

Carolyn was awesome, communicated well and helped me get transportation so I could get the truck in. They worked well with my insurance company so it was as painless as possible. The work was done timely and the hail damage has disappeared.

I think the replacement is fine but there is an obstruction sensor that keeps going off every time I open the roof. I have asked to be called in order to get this fixed and haven’t yet heard back. The repair of the pillar looks great - can’t even tell it was repaired.
