From the very first interaction, the communication was excellent. I got regular updates on the status of my vehicle and everyone I spoke to was very kind. The repair done on my car looks beautiful and they even washed and detailed the car. I could not be happier.

It is too soon to know the quality of the repairs. On the surface everything looks ok, but I understand many used parts were used

Very poor communication during the process. I only got sporadic updates after I escalated to the manager. Prior to that, I would talk to the receptionist and be told someone would call me back but no one did. When I left voicemails asking for status, those too were ignored.
