Car looks amazing but communication was a big issue I did not receive many phone calls or updates from Christopher with big issues that ended up leading to me paying a good amount of money out of pocket. I didn’t get to understand the total I was paying until I got to the register. I was the main contributor to getting information calling the shop multiple times and sometimes not even getting my called answered or returned. This I found very unprofessional as a prior mechanic because updates and communication make everyone happy. I hadn’t had this issue before so I don’t know what was different or if people got lazy since then I just wish I had more information on what was happening and what was needed with my car and the money involved. This is all very important information that was withheld from me or incorrectly stated leading to a deeper hole in my wallet and my relationship with the shop. I believe I’m going to try another shop and or recommend another shop to people that value this information/ everyone on this planet.
