Took over twice as long to do repair as was stated and was told 3 seperate times it would be ready on a certain day and it wasnt. Repairs were extremely sub par and still lots of things wrong with my car

Non OEM parts were initially used and the paint did not even match. USAA requires OEM parts to be used. This is very concerning that the shop did not honor USAA policy or attempted to circumvent the policy. However, I was notified that the vehicle was ready. Once I traveled the 25 min trip to the shop, my inspection found the deficiencies. This was very frustrating as I fee the shop supervisor should have QC'd the vehicle before notifying the customer that the vehicle is ready for pickup.

Donna was very understanding and accommodating about the issue. The concern I have is the post inspection should have been more thorough and validated before I was notified the vehicle was ready.
