I can’t recommend Jakob and his team at Classic Collision enough! After being in two separate accidents, Jakob helped get my car fixed both times and made the entire process so much easier. What I appreciate most is that he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they’re happy with the results. I really appreciate his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and communication, as well as Julie's at the front desk, throughout the whole process. I was updated regularly via calls and texts, advised over certain potential pain points, and never felt pressured over anything. Previous experiences with another shop were nowhere near as smooth.
