Communication was great even when it was extended they made sure I was notified and took care of the extension on my rental for me. I ended up getting sick and they offered to come to my job to get the car and drop mine off. Awesome experience

The repair looked great until we got home and discovered that materials not belonging to our car were put in our back seat and we had to take it out and dispose of it ourselves. Seems it was a goldish bumper that belonged to another car.
