From the minute I walked in the front door, I was greeted with people smiling and all their attention was immediately on me and how they could help me. They were extremely supportive and professional. They didn’t try to sell me a bill of goods, but instead outlined the options available to me.I’m 80 years old and I haven’t enjoyed this type of courtesy and kindness since back in the 80’s and 90’s. They give you the feeling like you’re family. My repair was completed in an appropriate time frame and it was absolutely flawless. I would whole heartedly recommend these guys for any repairs you need. Trust and peace of mind is #1 Five star all the way!

I called because I noticed that all of the charging equipment had been removed from my vehicle. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told that the equipment was not in the vehicle when it arrived. However, I would never remove the equipment I need to charge my own vehicle. I specifically asked your team to look into this because my vehicle was also transported to BMW during this process, and I was told it would be investigated. I never received a call back or any follow-up. I am now missing over $1,000 worth of charging equipment. BMW referred me to your facility, so I trusted that my vehicle and my belongings would be properly accounted for while it was in your care and while being transported.
