The work on the car was done very well and they did stay open 10 minutes for me past closing, which was very kind. But I didn’t have the most pleasant time talking with the workers at the south lamar location. I felt that they talked rudely when speaking to me on the phone.

He carefully walked me through the estimate, outlining which parts needed to be repaired or replaced, and provided his direct contact info for easy check-ins. I especially appreciated the convenient text updates on the repair status and how promptly I received a complete, detailed estimate. The entire process was entirely stress-free. Caliber worked seamlessly with my insurance, clearly explaining my benefits from the start, and even arranged my car rental on-site to eliminate any hassle with alternate transportation. To top it all off, the repair was completed earlier than expected, and Nate even stayed late so I could pick up my car. I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision on South Lamar and will happily recommend them at every opportunity.

The customer service exceeded my expectations. I received a text from my service advisor. To check in, I sent a text back and received a response. There was also an app that showed the progress of my repair. I felt connected. That was reassuring and gave me confidence in the service.
