The car wasn't washed but not sure if that's supposed to be a part of the service. A rainstorm had come through which obviously resulted in the car being a bit Dusty upon return

Absolute professionals and went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was in better conditions than what they received and even mediated with insurance company for damage that surfaced after vehicle was initially inspected. Tully grateful for everyone that helped me here. Highly recommend.

The repair itself was flawles, like it never happened. But the reassembly of the front bumper was not good. There are multiple areas with visible gaps, one of the covers has a clip that was snapped, and other areas where bumper is not stitting completely flush. It was not like that when i drove it in for repair. Additionally since the repair the intersection assistance and audi pre sense alerts have been going off non stop which was no the case either before i brought it in. The collision itself was a paint scrape and ppf took most of it. Bringing vehicle back 8SEP2026 for warranty to hopefully address the bumber and sensor issues.
