Consistently provided no information on repair progress or updates. No summary of the damages or what repairs were made. Complete lack of communication and disregard of my time without a functioning vehicle. And all of the multiple times I called asking for assistance I was met with attitude from the receptionist who was as helpful as a wet carrot. Dissatisfied indeed

Top-notch body shop! I brought my 2025 Toyota RAV-4 here after a bad accident that left one of the doors heavily dented, and the repair work was absolutely flawless. My biggest worry was that the new paint wouldn't match the factory finish of a brand-new vehicle, but they nailed the color matching perfectly—you can't even tell it was ever damaged. The finish is completely smooth and professional. On top of the high-quality craftsmanship, they provided a transparent quote and delivered my SUV exactly when promised. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and high-quality shop to fix any collision damage, I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time I've brought my vehicle to Classic Collision. Everyone is consummate professional, especially Jimmy. Things get messy when your vehicle is all messed up, timing of repairs, parts, whatever. Classic Collision brings the straight up knowledge and know how of body work, combined with all the soft skills of dealing with people in a crummy time of their lives.
