Robbie was excellent! Great communication about my car and gave me a realist time frame for my repairs. The cleaning/detail job of my car could have been better. There was tape residue still on my car and green pen marks as well. Robbie spotted it right away and cleaned it himself! He wasn't afraid to get dirty. He made sure my car was to my satisfaction before I left. A++

I have been a satisfied customer of Chuck Nash since the 1980s..... I still have the 1982 CJ7 that I purchased there. I had my cars serviced there for years and have nothing but good memories of that. This year, I brought the Santa Fe in for repairs on the passenger side. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done to the passenger side --- it looks great. The cost and the length of time to get the work completed were fine.

Convenient car rental on site allowed us to not worry about dropping off car and finding ride to rental place. The repair work on the car was delayed a week, but it caused no issues for us having a rental. Robbie was our project guy and he kept us updated with text messages and phone calls.

Kayla E was our contact from Germania. She did not respond to our emails or calls for multiple days. After I dropped my car off at Chuck Nash, (chuck nash stated they had been in contact with Germania and were aware that I was bringing my car) there was almost a week before kayla or Germania had gotten in contact with Chuck Nash regarding what was verified for them to fix. I might not be super aware of how these things work but my car was operational and it was not work on for a week which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I am very happy with the end result of my car.

Liz from chuck nash was not the most helpful and did not give updates. I know there are a lot of moving parts but she never answered her phone and often had attitude. I also felt that when she talked to my dad she gave more answers and talked to me like I was a child.

Chuck Nash Collision did excellent work on my truck. Their service to make sure I was fully taken care of was top notch. Robbie Mansolo looked everything over on my truck before it was released to me. It was great of him to spend that extra time to make sure his customer is completely satisfied.
