Ashley Conway provided exceptional customer service. I really appreciated her status update phone call after a few days, just to let me know how the repairs were progressing. My Lexus has a lot of electronic bells&whistles. She was very kind as I checked out all the various functions were reset to my personalized settings when I picked up the vehicle.
