I’m very impressed with the overall experience with Ciocca Collision. From start to finish, I rate them 20 out of 10! The repair was incredible but so was the office in every step of the way. Michelle deserves honorific mention here. Her approach to clients is outstanding. I’d not hesitate to go back and I also highly recommend their great service.

I was very concerned over the process as parts were broken, and it went from an initial 3 days to 7, Wednesday-Tuesday. Cost me an extra $100.00 for insurance on rental car. Didn’t feel confident in explanation. Would have done Monday to Friday to avoid no work on weekends

Information and explanations were questionable and not always specific to my situation and car repairs. Requested an explanation in writing Thursday, Monday was told it wasn’t done. I did appreciate having a discussion even though I wasn’t completely satisfied. Will state final work was good. The customer service is definitely lacking and it was clear there wasn’t much interest in it- they had my vehicle and were being paid well by insurance company
