Work completed in the timeframe I was told. Status and progress was updated with periodic texts. Exterior and interior of car was cleaner when I picked it up than the condition when I dropped it off. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Very professional and very helpful. Always kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. Very satisfied with the car when the repairs were complete and my car was returned to me spotless!! The workmanship on the repair was outstanding. Heather, the receptionist, was very on top of all paperwork and keeping my insurance company abreast of all info pertaining to the repair of my car and at the same time assisting me on knowing what my responsibility was every step of the way. Citro did a great job. The car was fixed before the actual estimated time to be finished which was about a week. It was done on Friday instead of the 30th.

The Ford was completed a week before it was actually quoted to be completed. They gave me the original finish date of January 30. I received it back on January 24. I was very satisfied with the job they did our whole family was using their company for like 40 years or so.
