Les Daniel's son, Les Daniel II enjoyed fixing cars and did so as a hobby throughout high school. Succeeding Mountain View Diners Company, Les Daniel II established Mountain View Auto Body in 1957. With one other employee, he was able to turnover approximately 5 cars per week on his way to establishing a well-known reputable body shop. Les Daniel II continued to work at Mountain View Auto Body when in 1980, his son, Les Daniel III, took over the company. After spending the majority of the beginning of his tenure expanding the shop, it is now ranked as one of the leading repair shops in the Tri-State area. Today, we accept all major insurance companies and are committed to customer service and the quality of our work. We turnover approximately 65 cars per week, over 12x greater than the turnover in the 1980s, ensuring the customer is back in the driver seat sooner rather than later. I’m extremely upset my repair was scheduled for pick up July 31st I was contacted because it was ready before time only for me to notice a completely different color was used for this repair my car is black not blue like the job should of been done correctly instead of just releasing car days earlier. Another thing upon dropping off car Ronnie’s customer service was not too good I let it slide upon pick up he was kind and walked me around repairs however did not mention color difference to me. I need this issue regarding my car color not matching fixed asap! Thank you! I went to you guys for better service or else I would have went somewhere else for a way cheaper price if I didn’t care about the service. I’m also into customer service and sales I would gladly appreciate if I can get the same service I give each and everyone of my clients.
