The back bumper paint was not repaired. There was apparently a past issue with the alerts that they didn’t take initiative with tos we if I wanted it fixed and the car needed the front windshield repaired and they were told this went didn’t get fixed

I can't say enough great things about Mountain View Auto Repair and the amazing job they did on my 2017 Subaru BRZ. After our Oak tree fell on my car, I was honestly worried my car would never be the same. From the moment 1 brought it in, Chris, the damage adjuster, took incredible care of both me and my car. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. When I finally picked up my BRZ, I was blown away. The car looked absolutely flawless—like the accident had never happened. The paint match was perfect, the bodywork was impeccable, and everything was put back together with amazing attention to detail. It even drives just like it did before the accident. You can tell everyone at Mountain View Auto Repair genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers. A huge thank you to Chris for making the whole process smooth and for treating my BRZ as if it were his own. This team and their service was exceptional. Tammy (at the Ridgewood location) is all business but she gets you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Chris, the manager, is very thorough and patient and allows time to ask questions and goes the extra mile with incidental requests. This was the best experience I have had at a body shop!
