The girl at the desk was rude. My keys got lost, she never informed me, told me to go wait in the bay, ignored me, then after 20 minutes I finally got her to acknowledge me and she told me my keys were lost and walked off. The manager finally got involved and my keys were eventually found after 45 minutes. They send out some poor worker to apologize. I was not happy so the manager came to apologize. No discount, no explanation. Nothing. That girl should be fired. This all went past closing time and she left before my keys were found but not before glaring at me.
