The repairs are thorough and high-quality, the service was timely, and the communication throughout the process was consistent and helpful. I was grateful that my car was vacuumed and washed before pick-up, and it was clear that carpet-protector paper had been used on the floor. Despite that cleaning, there were several spots of grease (looked like fingerprints / handprints) on the passenger side dashboard, seat, and ceiling. I was able to clean these areas myself after I got the car home, but I was disappointed that was necessary.

The estimated timing of completion was not accurate. On Wednesday. You were on schedule for Monday. On Thursday it was complete. Because the miscalculation and I being out of town. I had to pay car rental service which I did not anticipate. I was at a Silent Retreat and my phone was off throughout the weekend.

We have used this service for many years because they are the BEST. The business is owned by Robert and Ricky, brothers. They are honest and determined to please their customers, also State Farm adjusters who work closely with your insurance and on your behalf. Their business is located in Bryan, and not only do they return your vehicle in excellent condition after repairs but they also get it back to you in record time. They put their customers first, are pleasant to deal with, and offer friendly service. They do an excellent job!
