Repairs seem to have been okay so far but literally everything else was frustrating. I don't think I could in good conscience recommend this shop.

The repair seems fine - I haven't noticed any problems and everything I expected to be fixed seems to have been addressed.

I was incredibly frustrated by the customer service. The only updates I received were automatic emails that apparently weren't even accurate about the date my car would be ready. I didn't receive any further details unless I called to ask about things myself for a more detailed update. Five weeks was a long time to wait without useful updates.
