C&L Auto Body is an MSO with 11 locations throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. All of our shops are equipped with all the latest equipment to repair today’s automobiles. We offer Down draft spray booths set up for environmentally friendly Waterborne paints. We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. Drew was great. He kept me informed about delays for parts. I was disappointed that the tape residue was still on the roof. I not informed. I saw it after paying and signed papers. I went outside to find it. When I returned I was told by gentleman that told me that they were unable able to remove it. And I should get it steam cleaned. I expected to pick up a complete showroom ready car. I have no idea anything about steam cleaning.

Sun roof works well. No leaks. Drew was excellent. He kept my advised of delays finding parts. However when I signed the paperwork theier was No mention of the tape residue that not been removed. After seeing it in the parking lot I return to the office. I was instructed that I would need to find a detail shop that did steam cleaning remove residue. I'm not from Hackettstown. I'm not in the car repair business. I would have thought would have sought the job would have been completed. If it the steam cleaning was ineffective paint options would have been discussed. I expect my to be show room ready. I was disappointed. The was incomplete.
