All of our shops are equipped with all the latest equipment to repair today’s automobiles. We offer Down draft spray booths set up for environmentally friendly Waterborne paints. We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. Communication. 1st. I was there for an estimate. I was told I would get a call when I could bring my car in. The next week I get a call asking where my car is? I explained I was waiting for a callback and the girl who answered said I was scheduled the day I was there. Anyway we scheduled a different day. I was originally told my car would be about a week. I understand there has been issues but I only get a quick text ( a phone call would have been appreciated). My car was supposed to be completed by the 16th. Then by text the 20th. I call on the 20th and was told it would be at end of day. We can even arrange for after hours pickup. Then I get a text at 5:15 telling me it won't be ready till the 23rd. The work was great. Keeping me informed as to why the car keeps getting pushed back needs work. Also based on the original about a week to get the car done, I did not get a rental. If I knew it would take this long, I would have. That's all. The car does look great.
