The changing timeframes for pickup were extremely frustrating. Original pick-up date was 12/20. I picked up today - 1/13. I know lots out of your control but something needs to be corrected to give customers a more realistic idea of timing. Car looks very nice. Glad to have it back.

Bodywork on the car came out great and communications with updates were constant from start to finish. The only negative was the car was returned with a dead battery - it was jumped in the parking lot but later needed to be completely replaced.

Have doing business with C&L, formerly Community, for almost 30 years. Was very happy to see that the management had not changed despite change in ownership.

It’s not a C&L problem. The vehicle grille is back ordered until April. That will require another visit. Otherwise, things were great. Jason couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Absent the back order would be a 10+.

Other than the bumper not being fastened correctly and a foam/ rubber piece left in the car (not sure what is is) looks like a rattle insulation piece. Paint was excellent.
