Originally I wasn't happy that Geico pretty much forced me to use a shop not of my choosing. CIC did an awesome job of doing the little things that make a big difference. From my vehicle being repaired quickly to having it ready on time to having it cleaner inside and out to fantastic communication they made the experience an absolute pleasure.
