I received excellent service when I was in the office. Bewster even helped me submit a photo appraisal to the insurance. A couple of times I was promised a phone call with an update and I had to call in.

I did not care for the bid having to be changed twice after given and without notifying me that it needed to be so. The work was great. I wasonly told you needed 4 rivots that did not get on the bid. I think the paint was more costly but you should have known that.

Great job, my only complaint is I wish there was better communication. I was constantly told it would be done in a week or two, but didn't get my car back for 5 months. Had I known this I would have put certain things on hold like my XM radio and monthly car wash. My vehicle is still not fixed and I am not sure when it will be. It's been a little over 5 months so far.
