I was frustrated by how long it took. I was told by Classic that my insurance was slow to respond, but every time I talked to my insurance adjuster he was right on it. So not sure where the hold ups happened.

The final product was great. There were some delays and lack of communication that were rather frustrating. I was supposed to get called if there were going to be supplemental claims. That didn't happen. I was told it would take 4 days and it was there for almost 3 weeks. I understand that there are glitches in production of parts and shipping, but it would have been nice to have had these delays relayed. The truck does look as good as new though, and for that I am appreciative and happy.

the work was exceptional! the only thing I would ask as a customer is for updates. If you guys could call maybe once a week and tell how the process is going and if there is an estimate date of when you would be finished. I ended up calling you guys 12 days in to see what the verdict was. thanks - but the work is great!
