I am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs. However I wish I would have gotten a response as it when repairs were expected to be completed. Since I dropped the car off on 08/21 I never heard from classic or the adjuster. I called classic twice with no response, until I had to go in person and got a response the next day that my car was ready. It was really hard to reach the adjuster, it always except once the calls were going to voicemail mail, and I have to reach a supervisor to get a call back

These guys took the car in for repair, organized a lift and even went as far as offering to take me to Hertz to get a rental and help try get a good rate. Car was repaired in the time as expected and the work was exceptional. A little weak in communication would be my only complaint.
