The ONLY reason it's not a resounding 10 is the delay of receiving parts. That's completely out of the control of the shop, but still affects my opinion. ALL other aspects of working with Classic have been excellent, including communicating status updates due to delay of parts.

Other than it taking it awhile to get my vehicle in for repairs, but the people were friendly helpful and the work they did looks great.

My only complaint is it took longer than I expected to get my vehicle in to be repaired, but my vehicle was drivable and I’m sure other repairs were needed sooner. I’m very satisfied with the repairs themselves and the customer service.
