Yes, I would recommend you, with the condition that Frankie handles the repair. I was very happy with the quality of work when he is involved and would want my friends to have that same experience.

Repair was excellent, but customer care was not. Everything from my trunk was piled into my backseat and left there. My leather hat was crushed, and sand and dirt from my beach chairs was ground into the backseat and floor. Items should have been returned to the trunk.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Just a small note: I had mentioned that I wanted to drop my car off when Frankie returned to handle it, but I don't think that message was passed along and my car was assigned to someone else. Other than that, the customer service experience was great.
