I’m very pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. The turnaround time was faster than expected. What stood out most was the level of communication throughout the process. I received timely updates through text, which added a nice layer of trust. I also appreciated the convenience the shop provided for the rental service the pick up and drop off right at the shop. I’ll definitely be returning for any body shop needs, if need be.
