I loved how you explained exactly what needed to be done to fix our vehicle to dealing with the insurance company. Great about keeping us updating us on the progress of the our vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and professional at the same time.

It was frustrating and somewhat demoralizing when my door handle broke on the inside and I could not get out of the driver's side of my car. Every interaction I had with Classic Collision was helpful, supportive, and proactive in regards to problem solving, which I really appreciated. Initially a new door panel needed to be ordered because the small part wasn't sold separately and that was going to cost more than the car was worth. Then they suggested, "Let's see if we can find it used," which was awesome. It wasn't a solution I would have thought of then. As they were looking for that, they were able to find an option to just get the smaller component that actually needed to be replaced. I appreciate that they continued to dig into this even though I think the whole thing ended up being under a $200 job. On the day of the repair I was prepared to sit there for an hour and a half while they were doing the work. I think they got it done in about 20 minutes. I mentioned something about not having any air conditioning in my car and they helped me with that even though that's not really one of their service offerings. I now have cool air in my car during this heat wave. Good customer service is so rare these days, regardless of what type of business it is. Just having kind people delivering good service was nice, but what was impressive to me was the proactive problem-solving versus "yep this is just what we got, sorry" - that was super encouraging. There's a part of me which hopes I don't ever get into the type of accident where I would really need you guys. But if I ever do have any other issues needing body work, this is my number one place to go. This is where I would recommend anybody who needed body work done on their car to come, hands down.
