I am torn between the quality of work and the customer service. I like the staff but not the paint.

Paint had several workmanship issues including high spots, contaminants ect… upon initial pickup. There was also a loose trim piece making noise which was corrected right away. Insurance claim related repairs to front bumper were of good quality. Hood damage repairs turned out great, but the paint prep seems rushed. The new hood paint shows many imperfections (rock chips, contaminants) under shop lights and in the sun. Efforts were made to correct the finish the following week, but most of the imperfections are too deep for additional wet sanding.

Great customer service team. I believe they did everything they could, including offering transportation. I’m just disappointed in the quality of work I paid out of pocket for.
