Everyone that interacted with from start to finish was very professional, friendly, competent and helpful. There seemed to be a great culture there. Absolute opposite experience I had from Master Collision in Bloomington so this experience was very pleasant and easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone. When I initially dropped my car off a gentleman gave me a ride home. He also helped me bring something heavy in which he did not have to but was being helpful. Everybody was so nice! Also received frequent updates which I appreciated. The front desk folks were also very welcoming and friendly when I was there initially and also for the pickup. Both times (different ladies) but both very patient and friendly. I also noticed the place is very orderly and clean. Not sure who is the manager there but it is very well managed and resulted in a great experience that far exceeded my expectations.
